About Jessica Millikan
Jessica has dedicated her career to helping fellow business leaders maximize the effectiveness and potential of their Human Resource departments. She holds a bachelor's degree from University of California at Davis in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Sociology. She has worked extensively in the Human Resources department at Robert Mondavi Winery, a world class premium winery in the Napa Valley and for the University of California Counseling Center in Davis. These positions, together with other business experience and training, have led to the establishment of Jessica Millikan Consulting.
Jessica is an active, community-minded professional who offers her expertise and services to area business as a member of the Napa Valley Chamber of Commerce where she is a member of the Job Resources committee. She also coordinates a biannual Job Fair for the Napa Valley College, an event that has won regional recognition.
The Napa Valley has been home to Jessica for the past 17 years. She is interested in international travel, and has lived abroad in both Europe and Asia.
